About HKO
HKO is a leading company in the field of technical textiles for high-temperature areas and filtration. Founded in 1974 as a trading company, HKO has evolved over the years into a significant and globally active provider in this sector. Today, around 230 experts at four European locations are part of the HKO family. Together, we follow our slogan "TRUST THE EXPERTS" every day - whether in production, administration, logistics, product development, or customer service.
Our high-quality technical textiles are manufactured at three production sites in Oberhausen and Thuringia. We place great emphasis on a high level of vertical integration, ranging from the processing of raw fibers to laminated stamped parts or from yarns to finished and laminated or coated fabrics. Our additional sales locations in France, the USA, and Asia, as well two further production sites in Mexico and the US, expand the global sales opportunities for our high-performance solutions.
Since 2018, HKO has been part of the Saint-Gobain Group and belongs to ADFORS. This affiliation provides us with a strong network of competent sister companies and enormous innovative strength. Close networking between our production and sales locations is also always ensured.
